I just had new rotors, drums, brake pads and shoes installed on a Ford vehicle.?

Now when I accelerate, you could hear a whirling sound like something is spinning. The faster I accelerate the faster it makes the sound.
The sound seems to be coming from the driver's rear side.
Any thoughts on what it could be?
Or is this normal?
