I just graduated, can I move to Germany ? Can I go to college there? Can i get a job

there? I am 18 years old and i just graduated high school. I took 4 years of german, and my girlfriend has been teaching me more. My girlfriend lives in Magdeburg, Germany. She was in America for a year for a foreign exchange program. I would like to move to Germany ASAP. i would like to be a teacher, preferably an english teacher. I am wondering if i could go to college there. i am also wondering how i could become a citizen, and if it would be difficult to get a part time job. And if someone knows alot about this subject i would like to email them and ask more questions
