Oh Yeah, and on the hypocricy and ethics note. Would you turn in your kid to the police if you found weed or blow in their bedroom?

In South Carolina the troopers will just run you over......much quicker than writing a ticket.....and I think they keep score amoungst themselves. LOL!

Disclaimer: NOT ALL COPS ARE BAD

My experience in SC
1. My car was broken into and lots of things were stolen.
Cop's response: "It was probably some kids so there's really nothing we can do about it. Have a nice day."

2. I had someone trying to brake into my house.
Called the police: Took 20 minutes for them to show up (I live 6 miles from the station). By this time I had fired one round from my .270 and my neighbors had caught the guy and had him at gunpoint (now that's justice)

3. Lastly I got pulled over for 44 in a 35.
Cop gave me a $75.00 ticket and 2 points

They are always exactly where you need them. LOL!

Wow. That really sucks, bro. I have my fair share of asshole cops over here in Virginia as well (I'm sure you've heard of the outrageous rates they put on tickets over here; a lot are into the THOUSANDS of $$$).

Good luck with your case! I hope you get that bullshit ticket dismissed and maybe an investigation on that dickhead in dickies.

Funny how a lot of you haters think that Cops should be polite. I can't even find people in the service industry that are polite, and they get paid to be polite. Ibet a lot of you haters are in the service industry.

My life, my home and my safety are my responsibility. I can't even imagine how some of you think you can count on calling someone on the phone and having them come to save the day. JPSC, I'm happy you stopped that crook.

As to the hypothetical question about weed or blow in my kids room, that depends on how much weed or blow. Finding drugs in your kids room may be possible in your family, but it's the equivalent of the Sun not rising tomorrow in mine. If you think that's a line of crap then that is also the reason why you think you could find drugs in your kids room.

yeah, they've been using hidden compartments with hydraulic pistons to hide the drugs in their Ferraris. That's if the family dope dog doesn't hit on it first.

How's this one? Because of all the tuner idiots (everyone thinks they are Vin Diesel since they put nitrous in a sub compact) our provincial government came up with a new race law. 50km (about 30mph) over any posted limit is an automatic seizure of vehicle, 90 day loss of license and $10,000 fine. Traffic often flows at 30 over on major highways. Plenty of new revenues from this one, think how many people will rather chance losing them in a highspeed chase than that kind of fine?
