I just got my license and I need a car, should I lease a new one?

I have to drive to college for public transportation is not really an option. I feel like I should lease a new car just for the sake of not getting a used one with potential problems. Im thinking a Honda Accord or something along those lines.
 
NEVER leas a vehicle...u'll always go over the mileage and will always get shitted in the end...either buy a new car or a used 1.....i wud suggest getting a decent used car.....college life is not usually good to cars..so ud much rather have a buddy puke in the backseat of a used car than a new 1.....good luck
 
You will be screwed as a college student, leasing a new car. And by the way, I had a friend who got a brand new car in 07 who had it in the shop 5 times for a total of about 2 months. Not all new cars are good to you, Besides the fact that they are worth half as much as what you will pay for after you drive it off of the lot.
