You would want to fix anything that is wrong with it, and then work your way up from there. Suspension is a good idea also, as you might want to lower your car a little. Also you may consider engine modifications, such as adding Headers to make the car sound a little deeper, and get some preformance out of it. If it were me and i had enough money; i would work on engine and make it a sleeper. Just be careful you dont rice the car out.
