Hi, I bought a camera on ebay, the listing said new, and I got a used, torn up camera, heck there was even a beer cap in the case and a tape still in the camera. So I talked to the seller, he wouldn't respond so I opened a case. Then he called me, said to send the camera back, that it was a mistake and he would credit the money back.
So I send the camera back, THING IS, I closed the case, that was my mistake, don't know why I did that if I didnt get my money back yet but now ebay pretty much told me to f off and that its not their business anymore, and the seller is no longer responding...
Is there anything I can do?
