best way around in court.? Last night I was on my way home with some friends after a few drinks and we took a short cut through a privet property which took us longer then expected due to the fact that we had had a few drinks. and when we came out there was a policeman who then put us under arrest for being unlawfully on premises. all three of us now have to be present at the magistrates court in 2 months time. And I really cant have a criminal record because I want to have a good career in the future. so the question is what is the best way to go about it and how.
