...punishment when i go to court? it happened a few hours ago, we were all stoned all day and then we got this guys we know to buy us like 5 6 packs and a bottle of vodka, my friends came upstairs and were freaking out saying that a cop was here and i thought they were kidding but i went down to look and when i went down to the door the cop was shining a flash light at me and then i let hi9m in and made up an excuse to go upstairs to go flush the weed i had on me, we all got citations for MIP and he called our parents to pick us up. He asked me what i flushed down the toilet when i went upstairs and i said "its gone now so it doesnt matter" and he didnt say anything after that and he didnt put anything on the citation about it either so i think im good there 
oh and im 15 and we had 5 people in the house(if that matters)
oh well im already in a out patient rehab, so will that substitute for the AA? and is there any possibility of probation?
