aftermarket parts.? My bike has accel coils, K&N air filters and Vance & Hanes exhaust. I know that I well have to jet the carbs but right now I'm just trying to get the right idle speed. I well set it but after a Min it well stall or clime up to like 5000+ RPMs only to drop back down after a few more min. When I First got the bike the guy was running it with the choke half open and that's what I'm trying to fix. I was thinking a fuel filter or ? I did have a it hooked up to a carb sync the vac will stay synced when the idle changes that why I was thinking that it isn't the carbs.

It may not be a vacuum problem though. I would run a very strong mix of carb. cleaner through it (almost just the cleaner and no fuel but you will need some fuel) but not fr too long and in short bursts. Unless you feel daring then I would take off the carbs and clean each and every one as much as possible. And that includes every port and jet possible. Especially using compressed air helps. But if that didnt work it sounds like the choke is sticking.
