OK so i painted my bike, i used duplicolor brand acrylic enamel, i painted my bike on a Friday and let it dry until the next Tuesday, which is today. I sprayed it today with acrylic lacquer clear coat and i just read that lacquer eats enamel, basically its bad choice. so far i see no effects on the paint job, its exactly as when i painted it just more glossy. My question is, did i just dodge a bullet or does it take longer for the lacquer clear to eat the enamel paint?
P.S. its been 6 hours since i clear coated
forgot to mention, i did follow the directions for painting bike, sand-prime-paint-etc (i dont know if that has anything to do)
