I just dropped a sunflower seed...

Well, one asthma attack and a can of 3M Dust Remover later, I am sorry to have to report that the sunflower seed is now irretrievably entombed under the Enter key. :rolleyes:

It was like an archeological dig at my desk. I worked away at my keyboard with the dust remover, aided by an eyebrow brush, a pair of tweezers, and a seam ripper. A ton of stuff came out of there--including a mat of fur large enough to cover half a cat...but no sunflower seed.

Worse, now all of the keys feel a bit harder to tap.

Yeah, there has been more than one seed. :lol: I really shouldn't eat trail mix at the computer.
 
Ewww! This reminds me of the time my friend told me a spider crawled out of her keyboard!!! :lol:
 
Well, at least it doesn't seem to be sticking if you were able to tell us what key. :lol:
 
Probably. I thought you dropped another seed in there not long after. Or am I just imagining things. :look:
 
Actually the first sunflower seed has been there for over a year. :look: Hopefully it has turned to dust by now.

And maybe it'll "eventually" grow an actual sunflower. Wishful thinking.
 
Not yet. I've got a can of that aerosol cleaner stuff around here somewhere so I'm gonna do that.



............note to self: don't eat trail mix while seated at the computer. ;)
 
Well, I have to admit that I have apparently not learned my lesson about refraining from eating trail mix while online because now there is another sunflower seed in my keyboard. :rolleyes:

...And that first seed from last year is still trapped somewhere under the Enter key. :P
