I Just Don't feel good.......

My ear hurts. I don't think I can ever even remember having like an ear infection, so this is abnormal. It is my right ear. I have had an enlarged lymph node for over five months in the back of my head, its not hard or anything. It sometimes is tender. Then, there is this really weird thing......... in the back of your head, at the bottom of the skull, where it kind of protrudes....I get an inflammed something that is painful. Over a few days the pain dissipates, then like three days later, it happens again, but on the opposite side. It is really weird. My throat seems to stay sore and swollen. At times, my whole neck feels swollen and tender.???? I feel like a freak always going to the dr. and saying the same things....but I don't know what else to do. Does this sound like anything? or anything I should be concerned with? I mean its been going on for at least five months now.
