i just did a tune up on my 1978 ford f150 and now it wont start?

I put new plugs and cap and rotor on it
i put plugs cap and rotor on it the wires i put on last time i did a tune up last spring

you must have done something wrong. what kind of tune-up did you do? maybe if you put plug wires on you got them backwards.
