erm basically i was driving and the car in front of me stopped really suddenly to pull over, i emergancy braked but the ground was wet and i turned out slightly to the right, my car isnt too bad its damaged the front side panel and the other drive was similar damage to his, but the car in front just drove awa straight away so the person i hit was totaly innocent and unlucky
i am only 18 and asked the driver if he could wait before claiming to let me see if i could pay for his damage, he was simpathetic because he could see it wasnt my fault either and said he would wait, but he rang me to say he asked for the renal hire car on his insurance as he needs one straight away, will this make it so he has to claim? will this claim on my insurance as a crash because i dont want my insurance to sky rocket as it will at my age
