was stuck. How can I fix it? Like I said it started right up with the choke on full and/or like on 7/8 choke... Once i took the choke off, it revved as if the choke was the throttle. the throttle isn't tight on the handle bars and doesn't spring back into the idle or resting position when twisted. When bike is running, The throttle does absolutely nothing. Did I miss a step when cleaning my carburetor? do i need to reset the jets? if so how?
