i just can't stop over exercising? am i really over exercising?

i don't think i am. but my workout lasts for 3-4 hours, 6x a week.
30 mins fast walk
20 mins run
5 mins rest
2 hours aerobic dancing ( i would just rest for 2 mins and start dancing again, i do that for only like 3 - 5x )
20 mins weight lifting
20 mins 250x situps/crunches

after my workout i don't feel really tired. so i don't feel like i'm over exercising, the only thing that makes me think i am is the time, almost 4hrs exercising ! ì never felt tired, kinda yeah but not too tired. i still feel energetic after. is this ok? im eating enough foods tho, every morning i eat porridge oatmeal with milk and fruits and a cup of green tea, i think that's the reason why i always feel so energetic, i eat breakfast first before i workout. so is this ok? if i dont workout that long i would get bored, i dont want to just lay down my bed doing nothing at all :(. anyways, i'm a girl.
