I just bought Gears of War 2 but my 360 says that the game is scratched?10 pts...

...for best ans.? Yesterday i bought Gears of War 2 from Best Buy. it was not used. When i played it on my 360 it said "Disc in unable to read. 1. Clean disk with soft cloth 2. Restart console". There was no scratches on the disc, it looked clean. Could it be my 360? Since i bought it yesterday, could i return it back to best buy?
 
download it on the xbox 360 console by hitting y on the close tray or play game option it should say download on hardrive hit that
or literally put toothpaste on you game wait for 5 min. then wash it off no lie i swear it works it gets scratches off look it up on youtube or something
 
hi mate.
i dont think its ur xbox. try cleaning the disc thoroughly yourself, and if it doesnt work, return it to where u bought it from and tell them that it says disc is scratched. if they replace it, which they should, then perfect, if not, ask them 2 check the game themselves, since they usualy have a console themselves 2 check the games, and if the message comes up for them, then they have no choice but to give u another one, its customer policy!
