I have no idea what to do with it, it is currently just sitting in the kitchen. (Yes, it is dead) 
I'm just looking for some ideas on how to cook it. I believe you have to remove some sort of ink sack? Shall i just cut the head off and leave the tentacles, or is the head edible?
Btw, I am 18, I like inventing with new foods. I have had octopus many times before, but i've never actually tried to cook one myself.
