I just bought a Nintendo DS and an EZ Flash V?

How do I get started, I already know which part goes where but I don't know how to install the emulator for the DS roms on the EZFLASH, DO i download it from internet?? What is it called???

Please help me, I will need really detailed instruction, i'm kinda lost here...
