I just bought a new radio for my car. What else should I get?

I bought the stereo and the dash kit. Do I also need to get a wiring harness or anything of that sort? My car is a 1999 Saturn SL1 and the radio I bought is a Pyramid 1704MP
BTW everything from the previous radio was stolen along with the radio so theres nothing there but wires and connectors. I basically want to know if I have to get a wiring harness with this stereo
