i just bought a new car how do i know if i really got a good deal?

i bought a chevy malibu LS 09 msrp $21,540 in michigan i used my clunker got the 4500 and 0% interest for 72 months payment $255 a month after all taxes and plates and stuff total for car was $18700 before taxes and other stuff $16700 I dont care about the clunker part because i know the govt gives them a check for 4500 but was it a good deal they say it was a thin deal i don't believe them
