I just bought a car last week and have had nothing but issues... Can I return it?

Since it's a used car you're probably out of luck. Like others have said you should do a quick check with your local law office / better business bureau to be sure though. The car likely still has a factory warranty if GM warranties transfer after a sale...so you may want to look into that too. Most used car places also offer 30 day or 1,000 mile warranties when they sell a used car. If the dealership you bought from offered this and you're still under the limits then I'd definitely hold them to it.

I wish you the very best of luck but I don't think there is a Lemon Law for used cars. Odds are pretty good that you signed a paper at one point that stated that you were receiving the car "As-Is"....in which case the dealership is pretty well protected. Sorry.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix from a dealership last week and I had had issues with it since. And now I am having issues with the transmission. It only has 49,000 miles on it so there is no excuse in my opinion for this to be happening. After spending over $10,000 I expect to get a car that works. I have brought it in once with a list of things to be taken car of and the only thing that was done is the front brake pads where replaced... I just want to bring it back and go somewhere else.... Can I do this?
