I just accidentally ate a cookie that was 2 days expired...?

Two days out shouldnt really matter!
Just if you start to feel sick or throw up then go to the doctor.

It's a cookie. There aren't a lot of bad things that can happen to it over a period of time. When making homemade cookies, the worst thing that I've ever seen happen to them over time is them going stale. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

seriously? most expirition dates are leagle issuse more than anything. For example, expired beer is still delicious and okay to drink

It's just like eating 2 days expired bread or milk, unless it smells bad or has mold, it should be fine.
