I inhaled a lot of mold yesterday, now I can't stop coughing?

My dad and I were spreading some chipped wood, leaves and sticks all over our property and in the piles it was starting to decompose and so there was a lot of mold. When we raked over the moldy spots clouds of greenish black mold would filter up. I tried to stay up wind of the mold but as we were working on different sections it was hard so I inhaled A LOT of mold for quite a few hours(around 3 hours of work). Later that day, I started coughing and couldn't stop. I went to bed and everything and my step mom heard me coughing in the middle of the night.
I don't know whether I was dreaming or not but I was coughing so hard I started having issues breathing. It felt like my throat and lungs were closing up. I don't normally ever dream something like this. Sometimes I have thought I was dreaming but in reality I was actually starting to suffocate so I would move the pillow or blanket but I couldn't get rid of this. So I'm not sure what happened then but my lungs were also burning before I went to bed.
Will this clear up on its own? If not what should I do?
