i hve a dodge ram 1500 reg oil chngs and runs gd but a nose cmes on like a bus

whn this happens i lose power? and it remains on for days dodge says nothing wrong have taken to 3 dealers they hve chngd the fan cluth 2 times someone told me hve them check my catalyic converters they told me no have to wait until it breaks and codes come on pls help
