wow man you have some issues that need to be delt with but the only person that can help you is you , not a bs therapist or what not thats a waste of time and money the only thing you need to understand is that your anger is a choice you make understand that by feeling angry it helps nothing theres no possitive in feeling angry , so control yourself and not feel angry its simple i use the method and for the most part im a pretty happy person true i do get angry but not to the amount that your telling us , work out becouse its a fantastic way to let your stress out youll feel amazingly more relaxed after working out and if you get buff you wont have people fucking around with you in the first place.

anyhow: in response to "Girls like confidence" or "Girls like honesty" in my experience, I tend to belive that girls like confidence far more than honesty. Perhaps once actually IN a relationship, honesty takes over. But for the initial meeting, and maybe even the first few dates/hook ups/what have you, confidence is most definately the deciding factor here.
