and right testicle.? I hit my testicles on my bikes' cross bar and now am having pain in my lower abdomen and right testicle. Every now and then i have an erection, i have this pain in my lower abdomen and it feels like i have been pressed hard on my right testicle and the pain is too much making my right leg feel numb! what could be wrong?
