i hit my friends car in a minor accident and?

now he has a huge dent on the side of his car that i am going to pay for. if we go through insurance will his car get fixed? he has only plpd(i think thats what its called) but it is the no fault one. i have full coverage on my car. but if we let insurance know will they fix it and ill owe the deductible or will i have to pay this outta pocket. and to make things clear it was my fault lol
