So today I hit a rental car in a parking lot. he had pulled up behind me and stopped to wait for his wife as I was backing out so I didn't see him. I hit the left hand passenger door and put a dent in it, just scraped my bumper. I gave him my insurance and info. I have no idea how the whole hitting a rental car thing works and if the rental place is going to press charges or not. please help.
