i hit a car, what can they do?

i hit a parked car, this happened some 3-4 months ago. I dipped after i hit it, hit it n quit it.haha...but what can that fool do if i dont pay? he dont got nothin on me, by the way..
dont talk s**T over the internet, thats the most pu**y thing to do..
