The other night, my father in law told me that Chihuahuas are actually decended from rats. I didn't believe him but he said he saw it on some veterinary medicine website and he'll show me next time we go visit. I just don't believe him. I'm in Vet Tech school, and I NEVER have heard such a thing! He also said that cats decended from rats, too. I think he's messing with me!
