I heard of the news about 80 China babies 'sold for adoption'...when was this?

I saw it in BBC news but I don't know when all this happened. Can you give me the date? Thanks.
Also, what is your reaction to the news? Are you in favor of this confiscation of babies because of violation of one-child policy?
