i am 14 and have recently heard my parents having sex. it has been a few times now and when they do have have sex they don't even bother to check whether me and my younger sister are asleep first. i now that sex is normal but it has badly effected me and has even stopped me sleeping, it has also made me really paranoid. and they havn't bothered to talk about it to me afterwards. i really need to talk to them but i don't know how, any advice on how to talk to them or how to stop being so paranoid would really help. Aswell as this i have also found sex toys and pron magazines which has also affected me any advice to help my stuatuon would be great
