could be a disenchanted entity...... look up things on google .......or some people say love and understanding helps dissolve things like this.... they might be feeding off your fearful or angry energy..... also.............. Jesus said that if you told them " in Jesus Christ name" to go away and never come back, in love peace and kindness........ that they would obey.
its worth a try.
 
Not only does it happen at night be during the day to when I am alone. There is absolutely no other noise that the whispers are coming from. All the windows are shut, I keep my door locked most of the time and I live in the silent suburd areas of New York City. Why is this happenig to me? Does it freak you out? I mean I dont understand what their saying but they are little cold whispers of someone or something. Whos saying theses things to me that I dont understand? There's no harm but it is freakin annoying!
