I worked in an office customer care department briefly when I left school. Ever since then I have been working as a dental nurse (which obviously is completely different!) but tomorrow I have an interview for the position of Customer Services Administrator. They obviously liked my CV and cover letter for me to get to this stage, but has anybody got any tips on getting through the interview and making a good impression? I have researched the company a little, and its a new business, still a very small office.
Interviews for any dental nurse positions i've had in the past have been quite brief and to the point, but I know interviews for office jobs tend to be a little more in-depth. I'm extremely nervous about them asking questions I don't know the answer to!
