...lot on here...? Im looking to buy a property in Cliftonville in Margate and notice on rightmove that loads of the properties seem to have electric heating. I like gas and cannot stand an electric cooker. If i get somewhere, can I have gas put in? Is there some reason why loads of the properties down there seem to have only electricity,,,, is it likely that some apartment blocks arent connect to gas in this day and age?

I dont know about Maragte but i do know there are still a lot of areas that are not connected to a mains gas supply.
So it is possible
