Caffeine didn't used to affect me either, or so I thought. Then I developed insomnia all of a sudden for a long time. I cut back severely on my caffeine intake and eventually it worked, and I was able to sleep. If you take in a lot of caffeine like I do constantly your body starts to store it up. When you first take it in it might not work because like any drug your body develops a tolerance for it. Eventually it'll get to the point that the time it affects you is when you're wanting to sleep and completely stop all activity. As others have said, cut out the caffeine, but you should also increase your water intake. Make sure you're getting AT LEAST eight glasses a day to help wash out the caffeine in your system. Remember, don't just stop cold turkey unless you don't mind headaches and shaking. Cut back slowly on your caffeine intake.
