...worked-off weight? I finally lost four pounds after two weeks of eating healthier and exercising more. My goal is to lose 15 pounds, and then maybe up to another 10. But I got sick (just a cough) a few days ago, and have not had an appetite. I really didn't want to eat. So for a couple days, I didn't eat much at all. Today, I had a little bit more of an appetite, but my eating habits weren't exactly excellent. I'm a little scared that I've slowed down my metabolism, and once I start getting back on track with my eating again (hopefully tomorrow), I'm going to gain back any weight I may have lost in the past few days, plus the four pounds I worked off. Do you think I will? I don't want to have to prolong my weight-losing.
