...worked-off weight? I finally lost four pounds after two weeks of eating healthier and exercising more. My goal is to lose 15 pounds, and then maybe up to another 10. But I got sick (just a cough) a few days ago, and have not had an appetite. I really didn't want to eat. So for a couple days, I didn't eat much at all. Today, I had a little bit more of an appetite, but my eating habits weren't exactly excellent. I'm a little scared that I've slowed down my metabolism, and once I start getting back on track with my eating again (hopefully tomorrow), I'm going to gain back any weight I may have lost in the past few days, plus the four pounds I worked off. Do you think I will? I don't want to have to prolong my weight-losing. :(

Don't stress out too much about it. If you get straight back into your healthy eating & exercising then I'm sure you won't gain back the weight you lost. We all have days when we might fall off the wagon a bit - if you give yourself permission to do this every once in a while, you won't go so crazy when you're trying to avoid certain foods the rest of the time.
