I have xbox live.i forgot my windows id password and cant get into the

email i signged up with. HELP!? I have xbox live. I dont remeber my windows live id password so on the windows live id website i click on forgot password and it sends a message to my email and i cant get into the email i signed up with. Is there anyway to make a new windows live id for my gamertag without making a new gamertag???
