I take a blood test for blood cp & esr,
my report shows.

mcv 90 mch 29.4
mchc 32.7
platelet count 176
neutrophils 02
lymphocytes 97
esr 05
anisocytosis +
poililocytosis +

i want to know that according to my esr & cp picture shows which type of diseas i have.
