i have weird pain in my left arm. could it be leading to a heart attack?

my left arm sometimes hurts like right at the elbow. it only hurts for about 10 seconds and then goes away. it started last night. then again this afternoon. and again this evening. this doent mean im going to have a heart attack does it? im too young for heart attacks im only 20!!!! could it just be a pinched nerve? i dont have any health insurance for a doctor. anyone know what could be going on?
