so about a year ago i bought a pleco fish for my turtle tank to help with the cleaning which it does . the turtles tried eating it once or twice but decided it was too spiny so they left it alone since . They dont bother it any more it swims all over the place with no worries . But the only problem im having is feeding it its algae wafers the turtles got a taste for em and wont give the fish a chance to get any is there something i can buy that would prevent the turtles from getting to eat the fish has a underwater log but the tank is too deep for me to stick my hand in there everytime i want to feed it

Well you could take the turtles out when you feed the pleco. OR feed the Pleco at night. I don't think Turtles are nocternal I might be wrong. But if the turtles sleep at night feed the Pleco when you turn the lights off for the night. Because plecos are more active during the night.

Feeding at night should help.
