I have trouble concentrating on my books because I always have other random

thoughts firing off...? It also makes it hard for me to sleep since I am constantly thinking of random things
What colour should I die my hair?
I miss my Dad
Anything...It takes me hours to fall asleep and when I read sometimes I read the words but am thinking of something else
I need help so I can sleep and study!
