I have to write an essay on either of these two titles, which will be the easiest?

As part of my psychology course we have to write an essay on either:

1. the dsm-iv of eating disorders and how it will evolve.

Or..

2. Is obesity a public health issue and how can psychologists help these problems?

I prefer the topic of eating disorders as it interests me more than obesity, but I find a question about the Dsm to be quite difficult and am not sure which I would be able to find more research on?

any advice?
