I have to write about technological advancement for the 2 Iraqi wars... what

would that be? Hey guys, I'm writing an essay, and my topic is this:
"How has technology changed warfare within the following wars:" it then gives a list of wars, and one of them is "the 2 Iraqi wars". What exactly would those be called? What does he mean by that? And what IS the technological advancement in those two wars? Thanks for any links/or response.
 
Operation Desert Storm or the first gulf war
Operation Iraqi Freedom second gulf war

Advancements would be precision guided bombs and Steath Aircraft
in the first gulf war we had steath but only one kind of plane and it had poor flight characteristics
there was precision bombs in the first gulf war but they were more expensive but dumb bombs (unguided munitions) were much more common than they are today and they are the weapons used in todays car bombs.
Second gulf war we had 3 steath aircraftin service though out the war that are much better including a fighter.
Precision guided bombs are now the norm and are cheap because they are modified dumb bombs that are VERY accurate
