...should I go with it? This was a topic given to me and I just dont know where to go with such a broad topic. So any ideas are welcome.
 
Wow, that is broad. Good thing you were given 15 pages to work with. If it were me-- I would structure it somewhat like this-- maybe not in this exact order:
1. What 'green economics' actually means
2. Why it is important
3. Pros and cons of green economics
4. Examples of green economics from celebs to the community you live in
5. What impact is has made so far in culture
6. Has it benefited the countries it has touched and if so- what were the benefits.
I would also include a lot of quotes from newspapers, stats and ratios.

Try eco effiecent cars, solar powered things. Public Transportation,

Or how about Eco Effeceint cars and if we continue to use them, where we''l be in 10 years. Then talk about maybe pollution aand how its killing the earth. Try things like that, or just use what i wrote.
