I have to take a placement test for high school, and i am a sophomore, Is it hard?

And lets say, I dont do to well on some of the questions for algebra (cuz im not that good at math). Will I be put back a grade or will i just take the course over again?? Also, what kind of questions are on a placement test, Is it more than just math?? Thank you :)
