I have to retake a drug test because it came back dilluted, can someone help?

Uhm, the obvious answer would be not to do drugs. I know it doesn't sound like a lot of fun, but really, if you want to fit into society (such as work, sports, etc), then shouldn't you meet societies expectations? After all, isn't that why you started doing drugs in the first place (just trying to fit in)? Good luck!
 
OK. So i tried detoxing before a dt, and went to the store and they told me to take this product called Vale Detox - along with some packets of suppliments that were supposed to help. I drank a ton of water and followed the directions to a tee. I went to the place, took the test, and it came back dilluted with water. Does this mean that I simply drank too much water, or that the product doesn't work. Basically, should I go back and buy it again for the retake and just drink less water??? Thanks.
