No. A 5th Dui, You can not be sorry enough for. Forewarned (1 -4), means you knew the consequences. Sorry bud your butt is going to jail.

You'd think after the previous 4 DUIs that you'd get it. But clearly you don't...Why are you risking innocent people's lives by driving under the influence?
I would hope the judge is NOT lenient with you. People like you are the reason innocent children die everyday.

So unless this judge knows you personally, I'm betting he's going to be pretty nasty to you.
