I have to go to court for a fight in a public place, i've never done that before idk

what will happen? My family and i were walking in wal-mart. We almost bumped into this girl, i stopped , she kept walking i was talking to my fiance when she yelled something. Not sure what it was but i kept walking in the other direction. One minute im picking out banana's for my 10 mon old and taking something out of my little girls mouth. and the next the same woman is yelling at me saying a bunch of hoopla. I told her i wasn't talking to her and had nothing to say to her. She continued to yell at me i just turned around and then she started to treaten me. So i told her do you really want to fight a pregnant woman. She said i dont give a F*** and got about 2 inches from my face. I lost all memory after she said that she didn't care if i was prego. The next thing i remember my fiancee was pushing us appart. So i dont know if i hit her first or anything. I do know i've never been in a fight and avoid them at all cost, and the fact that that woman scared the crap outta me. So what im asking what do i do or what will happen i've never been to court. i've always been a good girl.

That's great! Juries love that nonsense because it makes a guilty verdict so easy to arrive at. Anyone who claims temporary amnesia during commission of a crime is always guilty.

Good luck. You will probably get probation and a fine, if this is a first offense, but jail time if you have a record. If you are found guilty in criminal court, then your victim will immediately sue you in civil court.
